What has been "in the future" is now the present!

As most of you have heard we have had our house up for sale for a few weeks now.
Unfortunately, we have not had any offers.
But being that it has only been a month, we aren't worried about it.

We have bought some land near Wellston, OK.
It takes less than fifteen minutes to get to meeting! And it's closer to everybody else.
This is looking east from the road. We are wanting to build somewhere in there.

Sunday afternoon between lunch and dinner, Weldon and I went out and started clearing.
I'm sure you noticed all the dead cedars. A fire went through here a few years ago and burned most of the trees. It was actually a blessing in disguise, just because the cedars take over everything out here.
And also it makes for SUPER fast and easy clearing.

     We cleared all the way to the east property line.
About 20 minutes into it a branch split one of the hydraulic lines. He was able to still use the bucket, but the "forks" on it were closed. It was a little more challenging trying to dig up trees with a closed bucket. But he was able to get done what we wanted to.
